Ah, yes, a classic remade with the ever-amazing simsynth. I put the vocal pads as the carrier and synthisized the modulator in simsynth. Instead of vocoding a synth with a vocal, I vocoded a vocal with a synth. It turned out okay I guess, but not what I was trying for at the time.

I like it, but its not particularly arabic...more like the western idea of arabic on the piano:-) You need to pitch up the second step...
